Director
Jim Booth
Jim is the chair of OASF. His main area of expertise is in the financial sector, where he contributed to the roll-out of corporate improvement schemes and applications. He made the move into social housing in 2017 and is responsible for compliance in various areas. You may be aware of Jim as the author of The Abdallah Years Timeline, which chronicles significant events at OAFC under the current regime. Jim is responsible for assets, facilities and potential buyer/investor relationships.

Matt Dean
Matt will be known to some fans as the host of The Boundary Park Alert System! podcast. He has a background in delivering education and training, digital marketing, music and as a small business owner. Matt is director of media and communications and is responsible for improving output such as statements, surveys, news pieces, email marketing, developing the website and social media.

Bradley Knowles
Brad is a passionate supporter who has been going home and away since 2005. Many fans will know him as the organiser of away trips from the Lowerhouse Pub. Brad is a broker by profession and has a law degree. His role at OASF is director of fan engagement and is the nominated contact with the Football Supporters Association.

Co-opted Director
Darren Mills
Darren started volunteering with OASF in January 2021 and was Co-Opted onto the board in October 2021. A HR professional with 10+ years in the profession and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Darren has worked in several different sectors in HR and Training & Development Roles. Bringing experience such as Employment Law, Employee Relations, Coaching & Mentoring, Business & Organisational Culture to the board.

Co-opted Director
Paul Whitehead
Paul is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years experience of operating at Executive Director level in businesses with a turnover of up to £100m pa. He is also a non executive Director of a large housing association and serves as the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. He has also previously served as the Chair of a Credit Union. He has been attending games at Boundary Park since he was a young child in the late 1960s.

Co-opted Director
Dominic Lowe
Dom started volunteering with OASF in August 2021 and was co-opted onto the board in April 2022. His professional background is as a policy advisor in the Civil Service. Dom leads on the Fan-Led Review of English Football and supports Paul in the conversion of OASF to a community benefit society.
