Introduction and motivation

We consulted you about how we should make use of the 1985 Fund last month. The Fund was initially created with a view to saving the club during its decline under previous ownership. However, since the takeover of the club by the Rothwell family, the future of the club has been secured for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the purpose and workings of the Fund needs to be reviewed to reflect these new circumstances. We asked for your views on these changes and received 54 responses.
