Thank you for your generous donations in recent months to our Boot Bank and Half-Season Ticket appeals. Both appeals far exceeded our expectations with over 200 boots collected, many new, and over £1,300 donated to purchase half-season tickets. Children all over Oldham have received football boots and 15 fans ranging in age from 10 to 82 can now support every game in our push for promotion.
Our thanks also go out to the Club for donating five free half-season tickets and to all the local charity groups who helped distribute the boots to those children in need.
After purchasing the 15 half-season tickets, we donated the remaining funds (£301.62) raised to Oldham Foodbank to help feed those who cannot make ends meet across the borough this Christmastime. This builds on the £1,237 we raised for Oldham Foodbank last year through the sales of our 1895 Legends retro shirts.
OASF will continually strive to support our fans and local community in whatever ways we can. If you want to support us to continue our efforts, please join us as an OASF member. Membership costs just £12 a year, a small price to pay to help us as supporters build Oldham Athletic into a true fan-focused and community club.
