OASF are aware that the conduct of a director on social media on 8th October 2022 has been questioned by some supporters and OASF members.
We recognise that football can be an emotional game, and we value the individual opinions of our members and of our directors, but we also recognise that as Directors we hold a unique position and must act in a way that does not jeopardise our relationship both with OAFC and with our members.
Taking this into account the board have met today to review our obligations and Directors have been reminded of our internal policies around conduct and social media, as such this incident will be managed under our internal processes.
The director will be removed from their position on the Fan Council until an outcome has been determined.
