Our independent election management group have verified the outcomes of our election and CBS conversion vote. We can confirm the following vote counts:
Conversion to community benefit society
Yes 340 (96%)
No 15 (4%)
This means that we will take the next steps required to convert to a community benefit society. We will release further updates as we get further through the process.

As per our election policy, this means all seven candidates have been elected to the OASF board. The candidates with the most votes are elected for longer terms which means that Mick, Dom, Paul, and Darren are elected on three year terms, Marc is elected on a two year term and Maurice and Garry are elected on one year terms.
